1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
• Valid driver's license (local or international) required at pickup.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are accepted via Visa/Mastercard and other secure payment methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 8 days before booking start: 100% refund.
• 7 to 3 days before booking: 75% refund.
• 2 days before booking: 50% refund.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund.
• Add-on services are non-refundable once confirmed.
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must be returned in original condition.
• Extra charges apply for damage, late returns, or cleaning fees.
• You may extend your booking from your profile (subject to availability and additional fees).

5. Add-ons & Customization

Customers can:

• Choose vehicle category (car, van, SUV, etc.).
• Add extras: GPS, baby seat, driver, extended insurance, etc.
• Customize rental period and pickup/drop-off locations.

6. Reviews

After completing your rental, you may post a review. We reserve the right to moderate or remove offensive or fake reviews.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, and logos, is owned by Premium Rent & Ride. Do not reuse without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Premium Rent & Ride is not liable for:

• Losses due to traffic delays or breakdowns.
• Third-party issues (e.g., road conditions, hotel delays).

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of the site after changes implies your agreement.
