Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy

• More than 8 days before rental start date: 100% refund.
• 7 to 3 days before rental start date: 75% refund.
• 2 days before rental start date: 50% refund.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund.
• Bank processing fees will be deducted.
• If the vehicle is already picked up, refunds may not be available.

2. Add-On Services

Add-ons such as drivers, GPS units, baby seats, and extended insurance are non-refundable once confirmed.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
• Time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Method of Refund

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
